Propagate Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Softwear Technologies, Inc. (“we”, “us”). By using the Propagate iOS app, you agree to them.

What Propagate is

Propagate is a free app that provides AI-powered rehab coaching for injured runners. You chat with an AI coach, it identifies a likely injury, assigns exercise tracks, and tracks your daily progress. Propagate is informational only — it is a coaching and education tool, not a medical service.

Medical disclaimer

Propagate is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute the practice of medicine, physical therapy, or other professional health care services, and no provider–patient relationship is formed. Nothing in Propagate constitutes a recommendation or endorsement of any specific test, procedure, or healthcare professional. The content of this app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and any reliance on the information it provides is solely at your own risk. Do not disregard or delay obtaining medical advice for any condition you may have. If you have severe pain, numbness, or a suspected fracture, consult a clinician. If you think you are having a medical emergency, contact your healthcare provider or call 911 immediately.

About the AI coach

The coach is powered by an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic). AI can make mistakes — it may be wrong about your likely injury, suggest an exercise that isn’t right for you, or misunderstand what you tell it. Double-check anything important, listen to your body, and stop any exercise that causes or worsens pain.

Your account

You need to sign in with Apple or Google to use Propagate. Keep your sign-in credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the More tab in the app; see our Privacy Policy for what deletion does.

Acceptable use

Use Propagate for its intended purpose: personal rehab coaching. Don’t:

  • attempt to break, probe, or overload the app or its backend services,

  • attempt to access other users’ data,

  • use the app to generate harmful, abusive, or unlawful content, or

  • reverse-engineer, resell, or misrepresent the service.

Termination

You can stop using Propagate and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. We may also modify or discontinue the app; if we discontinue it, you can delete your account and data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

Propagate is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softwear Technologies, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app — including reliance on the AI coach’s suggestions. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
